QuranVersePro is operated by MASOOM EASY LEARNING (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. We aim to handle class payments, cancellations, and tutor leave consistently so students and families know what to expect before enrollment.

Refund Requests
QuranVersePro reviews refund requests according to the rules below. A request must be sent in writing to quranversepro@gmail.com with the student name, registered email, payment details, and reason for withdrawal. Approval is based on the account record, class attendance, and the applicable rule.

Refund Eligibility
Full refund before classes start
If a student withdraws before attending the first scheduled class, the paid tuition may be refunded in full without deduction.
No refund after a class is attended
Once a student attends even one class, the payment becomes non-refundable, regardless of how many classes remain unused.
Classes missed because of QuranVersePro
If a class is missed because a QuranVersePro tutor is unable to conduct the scheduled session, we may refund the value of that missed class or apply the same value as credit toward future classes.
Student-requested postponement
When a student needs to postpone classes because of an emergency or another valid reason, approved unused class credit may be carried forward to the following month.

Non-Refundable Situations
Eid holidays
Tutors receive paid leave for Eid holidays twice each year. These scheduled holiday breaks are not refundable.
Public holidays
Public holidays are treated as paid tutor leave. Classes affected by these holidays do not qualify for a refund.
Additional fees
Registration charges, learning resources, administrative costs, and other non-tuition fees are not refundable.
Refund cap
Any approved refund is limited to the tuition amount actually paid. QuranVersePro does not issue refunds above the amount received for tuition.

Processing and Credits
- Approved refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive the written request and verify the related class and payment records.
- Class credits are available only for QuranVersePro scheduling issues or student postponements approved under this policy.
- Credits applied to a future month cannot be exchanged for cash unless the refund rules above also apply.
- Students and parents should review the Terms and Conditions before enrolling so the payment, attendance, and leave rules are clear.
